I recently stayed at The Knot hotel in Sapporo for a few nights. The location was incredible, being centrally located and close to everything. The hotel had a swanky decor, reminiscent of an Ace hotel, and the value for the money was excellent. The breakfast and happy hour were unexpected but enjoyable, and the staff were warm and helpful. The hotel also had lift access to an underground mall and was conveniently located near a subway station and various amenities.
Can recommend this hotel.

Very enjoyable overall experience. Wonderful hotel, comfy beds, excellent service. A nice size room looking out at city. Fairly clean bathrooms with a bath. Convenient and the best location to airport shuttle bus station and very nice area. Also, easy to get to Tanukikoji Shopping Street.

The hotel was super modern and clean, and the rooms were way bigger than we expected. We were right in the heart of Susukino, so it was so easy to hit up all the cool bars and restaurants nearby. Plus, the location was perfect for us to visit the Mieda restaurant, which has one Michelin star! It was legit the best food we've ever had, no cap.
The only thing we would've liked more of is a happening bar or hangout spot at the hotel. Like, don't get us wrong, there were bars and stuff around, but it would've been so dope to have a cool spot right at the hotel where we could chill with our friends and meet other young people.

The rooms had a nice view and were compact. the staff were really helpful. - the location was perfect and convenient, being at a medium distance from a fish market.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to an underground mall and station. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The room and facilities are stylish and new, creating a comfortable and modern atmosphere. Additionally, there is a Seicomart right downstairs, which is convenient for grabbing snacks or necessities.
Although there is no parking available at the hotel, we parked in a paid lot across the street, which was a bit expensive for overnight parking.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and many nearby attractions, restaurants, and bars. We appreciated the underground walkways that allowed us to easily explore the city even in cold weather. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, recommending places for us to visit and ensuring we received complimentary snacks and drinks.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect - ease of access to Susukino. It was located in a very nice area really close to stores and restaurants and limousine bus stop shopping centers and railway station. Enjoyed the way our large and well-designed a twin room with nice view was arranged

The hotel is situated in a prime location, near popular tourist spots and public transportation. Guests can enjoy a fancy decor and amenities such as a happy hour and extensive breakfast. Some of the rooms are spacious, stylish, and offer fantastic views. The staff provides excellent customer service and offers recommendations for local favorites.
The hotel falls short in catering to international travelers. Some amenities, such as international channels on the TV, and a better payment system, could be improved to make the stay more comfortable for foreign guests.

One thing that really stood out to me about this hotel was the attention to detail. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that they had put thought into creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Another highlight was the location. This hotel is conveniently situated near the Tanukikoji shopping street, which is perfect for those looking to do some shopping or try local cuisine. And the breakfast, oh my goodness! The breakfast spread was incredible, with so many little dishes to choose from. It was a great way to start the day and try different Japanese flavors.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was wonderful. I couldn't find a single fault with my experience.
